Being an exclusive nonprofit sale Blueberry Hues Fashion doesn’t fall under the general return policies and terms & conditions. The policies and processes for this sale do not support exchanges or returns of any kind. To know more, please reach out to us at The support portal.

Delivery Locations:

Delivery within the country will only be possible to areas which are listed with the shipping/courier service providers.

International shipping available with additional payment, to all countries listed with the shipping /courier service providers.

Delivery Time:

Dispatch of the outfit both retail/customized will only be possible upon full payment of the order

For international couriers the outfit will be dispatched only once we receive the courier amount.

Our staff will update you on the shipping charges, depending on the weight of the package and the delivery location.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. Shipping charge for North region is Rs. 130, for South region is Rs. 100 and inside Kerala is Rs. 80 to 100

GST will be applicable on all shipping charges.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Size and colour cannot be changed after placing the order. Kindly follow the product selection tip to get the correct Size.

Orders placed cannot be cancelled

Tracking and Shipment based complaints raised after 15 days from the date of product dispatch will not be taken into consideration

After receiving the product, if there are any complaints, you should respond within 24 hours.

A detailed video showing the opening of the package must be provided for return or exchange in case of only defective product.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an a message in our whatsapp number 8129224077 or email at blueberryhuesfashion@gmail.com and to return your product, you should mail your product to physical address shared by our customer care.

Approved Exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 8 – 10 business days.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to physical address shared by our customer care.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
